From first call to closing table — here's exactly how a typical purchase runs.

Day 0 — Discovery call

15-minute call to understand goals, timeline, and current situation. No pull, no obligation.

Days 1–3 — Application & pre-approval

Full application through our secure portal. Credit pulled. Income and assets reviewed. Written pre-approval issued.

Contract phase

Once you're under contract, we lock the rate (or discuss timing), order the appraisal, and open the title file.

Underwriting

Full file review by an underwriter. Conditions are issued and cleared. This is where communication matters most — you'll always know what's outstanding.

Clear to close & closing

Final Closing Disclosure delivered at least 3 business days before signing. Wire funds. Sign. Receive keys.
