If you apply for a mortgage, application information is submitted through Responsive Mortgage, a Division of Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group's secure loan portal.

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a loan estimate or pre-approval, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to originate your loan (credit bureaus, appraisers, title, insurance, the sponsoring lender) and as required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing mkeys@responsivemortgage.com.
